Nobby's is a burger joint with a twist. They do a cheese skirt which, if you haven't had it, is a overflowing melted cheese disc flowing past the burger. If you like crispy cheese do it. They can make your burger with or without it.
They also have chicken sandwiches, turkey burgers, vegi options and even grilled cheese and chicken strips for the kiddos , and adults if you're into that =}
Of course they have great fries, onion rings and cheese curds.
I only wish they had tots and maybe sweet potato fries or tots.
They also have milkshakes though we didn't order one. Maybe next time we will since I am sure they are legit. Anyway, try Nobby's you'll satisfy your burger and fries urge.

I live in Torrance California come up every year to visit my sister. Can't wait to go to Nobby's when I get here.
we found this place on yelp and went to check it out. it is very small inside, and not the cleanest, but still decent. the staff was nice and we got our food quickly. for the price you get tons of food. the burgers are huge!! there wasn't an insane amount of flavor in the burger, it's a lot of bread, and hard to taste the patty. but the philly cheese steak was very flavorful and delicious.
Best burger in a while! Be sure to get the cheese skirt. It adds an awesome crust. Felt very local.
My boss got me Nobbys for the first time and it was brought in to work. Soooo satisfying! Even when we got it the food was still hot and not soggy!!!!
Hamburger with fries! Can't go wrong. By far good, juicy hamburger. I added the bacon and cheese and oh, wow!!
It's a good burger but not the best I've ever had. The cheese skirt was good the first few bites but I'm not sure it's special enough make me come back soon. If this place did a smashburger with cube steak and brisket blend like how they do in the midwest I'd probably be hooked.
It would be hard to say this was anything but the best burger in Chico!
